We travelled from Phillip Island on a rainy cold day travelling around the outskirts of Melbourne to Werribee where we stopped to view the Victoria State Rose Garden and then travelled on past the outskirts of Geelong and then on to Angelsea on the coast where we stayed for two nights.
The weather was not too bad while we were at the rose gardens and had cleared a bit by the time we reached Angelsea. It was still cold and windy as we would expect on the coast.
