The Royal Exhibition Centre in the Carlton Gardens is a huge beautiful old building - two stories high and perfect to show off all of the flower exhibits for the Melbourne Flower Show. We watched a live demonstration of flower arrangements as well as trying to absorb all of the beautiful displays around the building both upstairs and downstairs. There were various other entertainment in the hall if time allowed but there is so much to see on the day that time was at a premium as there were also acres of landscaping exhibits outside.
