The Yalong Bay Business Centre was walking distance from our hotel - the MGM Grand at Yalong Bay.
The centre contained a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, foreign exchange as well as some retail shops. We had dinner there twice at the Pizza hut and again on our final evening at the Russian Restaurant.
The supermarkets sold just about everything including alcohol at much cheaper prices than elsewhere. The beer was $1.50 a can ($6 at the hotel) and wine was about $20 ($70 at the hotel) so it was worth the effort to find a supermarket to stock up.
