The Tasmania Golf Club provided us with a lovely BBQ lunch prior to going out to play on our first day there. We had good weather except for a bit of chill late in the afternoon. It is a most beautiful course surrounded by water & the views were so spectacular it was a bit hard to concentrate on golf. We found the fairways & greens were in beautiful condition with the greens a bit faster than what we are used to at Gosford.
We booked an extra game there for Friday instead of having our scheduled "free" day which replaced the golf game that we lost at Barnbougal Dunes due to the bad weather. We were lucky enough to have good weather for the rest of our stay with just a bit of chill factor in the wind.
This course comes with a very high recommendation from our group - we all enjoyed playing there.
