First Sun Caravan Park - Byron Bay 2009

Our cabin at the First Sun Caravan Park was very comfortable. It had two bedrooms (one with double bunks) bathroom/toilet, good size kitchen and lounge, verandah with BBQ. It was equiped with Foxtell TV, DVD player, air conditioner, full size refrigerator/freezer. Our cabin would have been suitable for adults with small children. We were able to use the laundry facilities provided for guests.
The position was overlooking the water and convenient to the amenities and other cabins where our friends were staying. Some of the other cabins were a bit larger with separate toilet to bathroom and designed for adult couples to share.
George & Tosca's caravan was opposite our cabin on the beachfront so it was well set up for us to socialise. We spent a lot of common time at Trevor & Margaret's cabin as it had a larger verandah & more space for all of us for meals etc. We could either cook on the BBQ/kitchen or take a short stroll to the shops for take away meals or to eat at a restaurant.
We would have no hesitation staying at this place again. It is a well run park with good security.
