San Diego USA - Baseball from our hotel - September 2012

We had a great night out after our day excursions having dinner in the Gas Light Quarter and then walking back to our hotel to watch the evening Baseball Game from the 22nd floor which has an open balcony that overlooks the stadium.

Our hotel was in a very convenient area - close to everything.  It was an added bonus to have the baseball stadium right across the road so we could have our first American Baseball experience.  We watched the baseball the day before - just walking across the road and buying our tickets.  The Padres were not the leading contenders in the competition so there were seats available and they were not very expensive. Watching it from the 22nd  Floor of the San Diego Marriott Gaslamp Quarter gave us a whole new perspective of the stadium.  The Padres won two nights in a row so we are now Padres fans.
