Our visit to the Cascade Brewery was very interesting. We went on a guided tour of the factory seeing it in working mode creating all the different brands that Cascade makes. The recipes for the some of the beer have been unchanged for centuries - origination goes back to the Egyptian years for the first experimental days. Our guide was very informative & we got to test some of the brands of beer at the end of the tour. The garden at the back was lovely & had a most beautiful flowering magnolia (photo attached).
