The Twelve Apostles - October 2014

The Twelve Apostles are the big selling point of the Great Ocean Road and now having seen them I can understand why.  The Coastline is spectacular, rugged and beautiful.

The main problem is the fickle Victorian weather where the temperature can fluctuate quickly.  Our first day here was cold, wet and very windy.  The second day was still cold, but sunny and not so windy.  Wind can always be expected right along the coast - but some days are better than others,

Choosing Port Campbell for our two night stop over was a good move as we had plenty of time to spend at the best viewing areas.
