We arrived at Toronto late afternoon after a long bus trip from Ottawa, stopping at Gatineau Park to see the autumn leaves and for lunch at Kingston. We had a free evening on the first night but opted for a night in after a long bus trip.
We had a two night stay at Toronto which gave us an opportunity to have a look around the city.
The Globus tour included a city bus tour which took us to the Eaton Center, the CN Tower & Queens Quay and included a tour through the residential areas of Toronto.. We had an option for a boat cruise but opted to spend the afternoon at rest as we had a dinner that evening at the CN Tower. The weather was very foggy and the boat cruise on the harbour would not have had good vision.
We only had a brief overview of Toronto as time did not allow us to have an in depth look around.
There was a lot of interesting architecture and lovely parks but it was hard to appreciate it all in such a brief amount of time.
